1/4 Mile Walk; 25 Jumping Jacks; 45lb bar x 20 reps: Good Morning; Overhead Press; Romanian Deadlift with shrug & calf raise; Lunge; Overhead Squat

BENCH PRESS (5 min rest each set)
235 x 2
245 x 1

OVERHEAD PRESS (5 min rest each set)
155 x 1
155 x 1

1/4 mile walk

Roller/ Stretch / Ice
