MOBILITY  1/4 mile walk; 45lb bar combo (no overhead squat)  Over-Unders

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)

323 x 2 + 18″ plyos x 4
323 x 2 + 18″ plyos x 4
313 x 2 + 18″ plyos x 4
223 x 2 (snatch grip) + 18″ plyos x 4

ROLLER, STRETCH, ICE
