WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Thursday, 8:00AM, Deadlift & Plyometric

MOBILITY – 1/4 mile jog,25 jumping jacks; 20 leg swings side to side; 8 x Over Unders

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 minute recovery each set)
Conventional
353 x 1 + 25″ Plyos x 4 (1 each directions)
343 x 2 + 25″ plyos
303 x 3 + 25″ plyos
