WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Sprints ; Block Starts – Sacramento State Practice Track; 7:30AM; 50 degrees, No Wind

MOBILITY – Walk 1/4 mile; 25 Jumping Jacks; Dynamic stretches

SPRINTS -35 meters < 4.25 (5 minute rest each sprint)
1. 4.17
2. 4.25
3. 4.17 (spikes)

BLOCK STARTS (slow walk back and immediate start)
5 with 15 meter runout
1 with 30 meter runout
