MOBILITY  1/4 mile walk; Jumping Jacks, 45lb bar combo ; Leg Swings;  Over-Unders

DEADLIFT & PLYOMETRIC (5 min rest each set)
 Conventional
366  x 1 + 25″ plyos x 4
Sumo
333 x 2 + 25″ plyos x 4
313 x 3

1/4 Mile Walk, ICE
