WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Thursday, 800AM; Mobility & Recovery.

MOBILITY 1/4 mile jog – attention to hands and arm movement; Jump Rope x 25;  plough pose-2 min; supine windmill x 25; Walking Stretches

CABLE ROWS
Seated cable rows – 2 sets of 10 – light weight
Cable row from Squat to Standing – 2 sets of 10 – light weight
Lateral row from kneeling position – 1 set  of 10 each side – light weight

RUN – 1/4 mile alternate stride and jog – attention to hand/arm movement
