WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – Thursday, 8:00AM; GENERAL CONDITIONING.

MOBILITY 1/4 mile jog; Jumping Jacks x 20; Cat/Camel; Bird-Dogs; 45lb bar combination RDL, OHP, OHS, LUNGE (all directions), Single leg: Good Morning, Squat

TURKISH GETUP
108 LB Barbell x 1/2 (completed right side & missed with left side)

OVERHEAD PRESS (STRICT), TURKISH GETUP, ARM DRILLS (3 min rest each set)
140lb x 3 + 80LB DB x 1 (each side) + Arm Drills (30secs @ 50%)
140lb x 3 + 80lb DB x 1 (each side) + Arm Drills (30secs @ 50%)
140lb x 3 + 80lb DB x 1 (each side) + Arm Drills (20secs @ 80%)

2 ROUNDS OF HANGING PIKES x 10, AB ROLLOUTS x 8 (hold 4 seconds at full extension), SIDE BRIDGE – 1 min each side

1/4 mile fast walk
