WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Saturday, 8:00AM; DEADLIFTS & SPRINTS

MOBILITY: Cat/Camel; Bird Dogs; 1/4 mile Walk; 45lb bar combination; Single Leg Squats – 4 front, side, back; Lunges – Forward, Backward, each side

DEADLIFT & SPRINTS (5 min recovery each set)
Conventional
365lbs  x 1 + 25meter sprint + Arm Drill (30sec @ 50%)
135lbs x 3 (snatch grip, fast) + 25meter sprint; Arm Drills (10sec @ 100%)
135lbs x 3 (snatch grip, fast) + 25meter sprint; Arm Drills (10sec @ 100%)

STARTS
3 point starts x 3 (focus on relaxed and precise first step)

CABLE
Rows – 4 sets – light weight (supinated, pronated)
Face Pulls – 4 sets – light to heavy weight
