WORKOUT DESCRIPTION:  Saturday; 8:00AM; Deadlift, Weighted Pullup

MOBILITY:  Cat/Camel; Bird-Dog; 45lb bar combination

DEADLIFT, PLYOMETRICS, & PULLUP (5min rest each set)

265lb x 4 (Standing on 4″ plates, Pronated Grip)
20″ plyos
Step ups onto 20″ box holding 50lbs (20 each leg front and side)

265lb x 4 (Bar racked on 3″ plates; Pronated Grip)
103lb Weighted Pullup (missed) 1 min recovery
100.5lb Weighted Pullup (missed)

265lb x 4 (Conventional, alternate grip)
20″ plyos
Step ups onto 20″ box holding 50lbs (20 each leg front and side)
