Monday & Wednesday – Recovery

Tuesday – General Conditioning + Sprints

MOBILITY – 1/4 mile jog; 5 pullups, 15 pushups; 45lb bar combination, Cable Squats and Face Pulls

Squats 3 sets of 225 x 2
Deadlifts 3 sets of 225 x 2
Calf Raises 3 sets of 225 x 5
40 meter sprint x 4
70 meter @ 90% x 1
Med Ball Slam – 4 sets of 15lb x 5
Plyo Pullup (Complete Pullup Convert to Chin up at top) – 3 sets of 5
Turkish Getup – 50lb DB x 4 each side
Rollouts – 5″ Wheel – 3 sets of 10 + 1 set of 10 with 30lb Sandbag on back
Side Bridge  – 1 min each side holding 30lb DB

1/4 mile stride
1 hour massage & chiropractic
