MOBILITY: 1/4 mile stride, Jumping Jacks x 25; Combination with 45lb bar: Lunges, Good Morning; Overhead Press, RDL + Shrug + Calf Raise

DEADLIFT & SPRINTS (5 min recovery each set)
Conventional
335lb x 2 + 24″ Plyos
315lb x 2 + 24″ Plyos
315lb x 2 + 20″ Plyos
265 x 4 (Snatch Grip) + 20″ Plyos

CABLE ( 2 sets of 8 each leg)
Single Leg Squat + Hip Flexion with Opposite Leg

BENCH PRESS (3 min rest)
225 X 2
225 X 2
225 x 1

HANGING LEG RAISES
56lb KB x 8
24lb KB x 8

DIPS + LEG RAISES
56LB KB x 5
WEIGHTED PULLUP
56LB KB X 3

RESISTED SPRINT START
Onto 12″ Box x 10

SUMMARY
Increased deadlift weight and box height. Increased volume + intensity on hip flexors.
