BENCH PRESS, PLYOMETRICS & SPRINTS (5 min recovery)
225 x 2 + Med Ball slam x 5 + 25meter sprint
235 x 1 + Med Ball slam x 5 + 25meter sprint
230 x 1 + Med Ball slam x 5 + 25meter sprint
225 x 3 + Med Ball slam x 5
