WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Tuesday; 9AM; Strength

MOBILITY: Bird Dogs; 1/4 mile stride, Jumping Jacks x 25; Walking Drills; Lunges; X Band – Side to Side.

DEADLIFT, PLYOMETRICS & SPRINTS (5 min recovery each set)
Conventional
340lb x 2 + 20″ Plyos
325lb x 3 + 20″ Plyos

BENCH PRESS, PLYOMETRICS & SPRINTS (5 min recovery)
230 x 2 + Med Ball slam x 5 + 25meter sprint
235 x 2 + Med Ball slam x 5 + 50 meter sprint
235 x 2 + Med Ball slam x 5 + 50 meter sprint
225 x 5 + Med Ball slam x 5

TURKISH GETUP
80LB DB – x 3 reps each side

SPINE/TORSO
Side Bridge
