MOBILITY: Bird Dogs; 1/4 mile stride, Jumping Jacks x 25; Walking Drills; Lunges; Reverse Lunges; Various shoulder and hip flexor mobility drills; X Band – Side to Side.

DEADLIFT, PLYOMETRICS (5 min recovery each set)
330lb x 0 (Conventional – Missed) no rest
330lb x 3 (Sumo)+ 20″ Plyos
330lb x 2 (1 Conv/1 Sumo) + 20″ Plyos

BENCH PRESS, PLYOMETRICS (5 min recovery)
235 x 2 + Med Ball slam x 5
235 x 2 + Med Ball slam x 5
235 x 2 + Med Ball slam x 5
