MOBILITY DRILLS – Walking dynamic stretches; Lunges – forward/reverse; x band; scap pushups

DEADLIFT & SPRINTS (85% 1RM – @ 400LBS) (5 min recovery each set)
340 x 5 + 25 Meter Sprint – 3. 03 secs (20meter run in)
(Sumo) 340 x 5 + 25 Meter Sprint – 3.01 secs (20meter run in)
340 x 5 + 25 Meter Sprint – 3.01 secs (20meter run in)
5 min recovery, then 25 Meter Sprint – 3.03 secs (20meter run in)
