9.20.08 – FRIDAY 6:30PM: STRENGTH & SPRINTS.  Goals:  25 meters < 3.2 secs and 40 meters < 5.04 secs with a 20 meter run-in (sprints on street)

MOBILITY DRILLS

DEADLIFT (5 minute recovery between sets)
325 X 3 + 25 meter sprint – 3.05 secs
325 X 3 + 25 meter sprint – 3.01 secs
325 X 3 + 40 meter sprint – 4.98 secs

+ 25 meter sprint – 3.16 secs

BENCH PRESS
135 + 36# chain x 8 + 25meter sprint – 3.00 secs
135 + 36# chain x 8 + 40 meter sprint – 5.14 secs
135 + 36# chain x 8 + Weighted Pullup – 62lbs x 3
135 + 36# chain x 8 + Weighted Pullup – 62lbs x 3

SPINE/TORSO
Isometric Holds – 3 sets
