9.26.08 – FRIDAY 9 AM: STRENGTH & SPRINTS.  Goals:  25 meters < 3.2 secs and 40 meters < 5.04 secs with a 20 meter run-in (sprints on street)

MOBILITY DRILLS – 15 min 

DEADLIFT (@85% of 390)
335 x 5 – Conventional

SPRINTS (20 meter run up to timing zone)
25 meter sprint – 2.88 secs
40 meter sprint – 4.89 secs

TURKISH GETUP (1 rep = both sides up/down)
60lb dumb bell x 4

SPINE/TORSO
Isometric Holds – 2 sets:  45 degree & Obliques

MOBILITY DRILLS – 5 min
