WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – TUESDAY; 6pm – Deadlift & Track Trials

MOBILITY DRILLS – 15 minutes

DEADLIFT (85% of 382lbs) (5 min rest each set)
325 x 5 (sumo)
325 x 5 (conv)

TRACK TRIALS (4 min recovery each sprint
1.  10meters in 1.30 secs (20meter run to timing zone)
2.  10meters – 1.25 secs (25meter run to timing zone)
3.  10 meters – (mis-timed) (25 meter run to timing zone)
4.  10meters – 1.23 secs (25meter run to timing zone)
5.  300 meters – 46.36 secs (95% effort) (5 meter run to timing zone)
