WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – SATURDAY; 9:30 – 11:00AM – Deadlift & Sprints.  Track – rainy, windy, 50 degrees.

MOBILITY DRILLS – 30 minutes

DEADLIFT (85% of 1RM of 370)
315 x 5 (Sumo)
265 x 2 (Snatch Grip)

OVERHEAD PRESS
135lb x 5
135lb x 5

TRACK SPRINTS; Goal 50 meters – 6.62 secs or less (25 meter sprint into 50 meter timing zone for total of 75meters; 4 min recovery each sprint)
1.  6.53 seconds
2.  6.49

MID TORSO
Isometric Holds – 2 sets of abdominal, 1 set of obliques
