Conventional
335 x 3 (15″ plyos)
335 x 3 (20″ plyos)

TURKISH GETUP (Up/Down each side = 1 Rep)
65LB Barbell x 2
90lb Dumb Bell x 1

WEIGHTED PULLUPs & DIPs
2 sets of 50lb db x 3 Pullups then Dips

MID TORSO
Isometric Holds – 3 sets forward, 2 sets obliques
