MOBILITY DRILLS – 30 minutes

COMBINATION (2 min rest each set; repeat x 4)
10 Burpees
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Mountain Climbers

MID TORSO
Isometric Holds – 3 sets forward, 2 sets obliques

1/4 mile jog
