WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: 11/26/08; TUESDAY, 7:00PM;

MOBILITY DRILLS: Foam Roller, Walking Drills and Dynamic Stretches, Lunges (Forward/Reverse)

COMBINATION2 sets
Deadlift – 335lb x 4
Plyometrics – 20″box x 4 (each direction)
Pullup x 3 (53lb KB)
Dips x 5 (53lb KB)
Turkish Getup x 1 (up/down each side) 90lb dumbell
(No rest between exercises; 5 Min recovery between sets)

MID TORSO/SPINE
Isometric holds – 3 sets abs, 2 sets obliques
Slosh pipe @ 45lb – lunges forward and reverse

RUN – 1/2 MILE
