OH Med Ball Slam x 8
Calf Raise 135 x 8 (in/out/forward)
Seated Calf Raise 135 x 8 (in/out/forward)
(Repeat x 3)

MID TORSO
Isometric Holds – 4 sets of abdominal, 3 sets of obliques
Slosh stick @ 45lb (forward/reverse lunges)
