BENCH PRESS
225 x 2 + 8 x 12 med ball throw + 1 min jump rope
185 x 5 + 8 x 12 med ball throw + 1 min jump rope

MID TORSO
Isometric Holds – 3 sets of abdominal, 1 sets of obliques
