MOBILITY DRILLS – 30 minutes

DEADLIFT (conventional)
350 x 4
40 meter stride x 2  (@ 50%)
345 x 5
80 meter stride (@ 75%)

BENCH PRESS
225 x 1 + 8 x 12LB med ball throw – 40 meter stride
185 x 5 + 8 x 12 med ball throw
185 x 5 + 8 x 12 med ball throw

MID TORSO
Isometric Holds – 3 sets

CALF RAISES (135lb bar)
Forward/In/Out – 2 sets of 5 each
