60 meter stride x 2  (@ 50%)

345 x 5
20″ plyos x 4
60 meter stride (@ 50%)

455 x 1 (Rack – lift from knee)
1 min jump rope

425 x 1 (Rack – lift from knee)
1 min jump rope

Overhead Squat + Overhead Press
5 x 95 lb bar
5 x 95 lb bar

MID TORSO
Oblique Isometric Holds (5 sec each side)- 2 sets of 5
Forward Isometric Holds (5 sec)- 1 set of 5
