12lb med ball throw x 6
235 x 2
12lb med ball throw x 6
225 x 3
12lb med ball throw x 6

MID TORSO
Oblique Isometric Holds (5 sec each side)- 1 set of 5
Forward Isometric Holds (5 sec)- 3 sets of 5
