WORKOUT DESCRIPTION – WEDNESDAY; 6:30Pm – STRENGTH; 5 min recovery between sets

WARMUP – 30 minutes

DEADLIFT (conventional)
335 x 5
335 x 5

BENCH PRESS
235 x 2
12lb med ball throw x 6
235 x 2
12lb med ball throw x 6
225 x 4
12lb med ball throw x 6

MID TORSO
Isometric Holds – 2 sets of 5 at 7 secs each rep
Oblique – 1 set of 3 x 7 secs

Roll/ice/stretch both calves – 30 minutes.
