WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Sunday; 9:30AM; TRACK; Windy @ 50 Degrees

1/2 mile walk

WARMUP

STRIDES
4 x 100meters @ 90% effort

STRIDES OFF BLOCKS  (Stand on top of blocks, fall forward, sprint)
3 x 50 meters @ 75%
1 x 200 meters @ 75%
3 x 50 meters @ 75%
1 x 400 meters @ 75%

BLOCK STARTS
3 x 20 meters @ 75%

COOLDOWN
Lunges – forward/reverse
200meter – barefeet walk
200meter – barefeet jog
1/2 mile walk
