WORKOUT DESCRIPTION:  Saturday, 9:30AM, Track Sprints 95-100%

WARMUP

TRACK SPRINTS;  Goal –  50 meters – 6.62 secs or less (20 meter sprint into 50 meter timing zone for total of 70meters; 4 min recovery each sprint)
1. 6.50 seconds
2. 6.38
3. 6.49
4. 6.49

200 meters @ 90% – 31.17 secs.

Yoga – Monday PM.
