WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Basic Training; Tuesday, 6PM

WALK
1.5 MILE walk with 50lb vest (fast pace)

WEIGHTED PULLUP (rings)
5 with 50lb vest

COMBINATION (Four Rounds)
10 Overhead Squats – 45lb Bar
10 Front Dips – body weight
5 Weighted Pullups (25lb Plate)

MID TORSO
Isometric Holds (Ab)- 2 sets of 5 x 7 secs
Isometric Holds (Oblique) 1 set of 4 x 7 secs
Reverse Crunch (holding Med Ball) 2 sets of 12
Ab Wheel – 1 set of 8
