WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: TUESDAY 6pm; Sprints – Track Trials

WARMUP
2000Meter Indoor Row – 8min45sec

SPRINT TRIALS (4 min recovery each sprint)
1. 10meters in 1.19 secs (25 meter fly-in)
2. 10meters – 1.19 secs (25 meter fly-in)
3. 10 meters – 1.18 (25 meter fly-in)
4 300 meters – 45.50secs (5 meter fly-in)

COOLDOWN
2000Meter Row – 9min 25sec
