WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Wednesday,  6:30PM; Track

WARMUP – Walk 1/2 mile

TRACK STRIDES
30 min warmup with dynamic walking drills
1. @250Meters – 40 secs (85%)
2. 200Meters – 30.7 secs (90%)
3. 150Meters – 21.5 secs (90%)
4. 100Meters – 13.8 secs (90%)

1/2 mile walk

PUSHUPS (rings – feet elevated)
2 sets of 10
