WARMUP – 1 mile walk + 1/2 hour Dynamic Drills

TRACK STRIDES (85-95%)
100 Meters x 4 (2min rest between)
1. 15.8 secs
2. 13.5
3. 13.0
4. 12.8
5min recovery
200 meters – 30.99 secs (85% into headwind)
1/2 mile easy jog – barefoot
1 mile walk

 

 

WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Saturday, 9:00AM; General Conditioning

ROW (2.5 min rest each interval)
8 x 500meters @ 1min50secs

TORSO/ABS
2 x 25 situps
2 minutes plank
1 minute side plank each side
