WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Sunday; 10AM; Conditioning – Week 3;

WARMUP: 3/4 mile walk; 20 minutes dynamic mobility drills

CONDITIONING/TRACK DRILLS
2 sets x 20- deep squat; lunges – 10 meters ; side/back jog – 60 meters
2 sets x 15 – speed squat; lunges – 10 meters; side/back jog – 60 meters
2 sets x 10 – jump squat;   jog – 60 meters

2 min recovery

2 sets
80 meters skip drills (Marching; Clawing; High Knees)

2 min recovery

Burpees/skip drills x 5 sets:
10 burpees – strict form; 80 meters skip drills; walk back  and repeat.

1 mile walk

SUMMARY
No injuries with this workout.   DOMs from squats.  Haven’t done burpees in months.
