WORKOUT DESCRIPTION:  Tuesday;  5PM; Conditioning – Week 3;

WARMUP: 3/4 mile walk; 1/4 mile jog; 30 minutes dynamic mobility drills

CONDITIONING/TRACK DRILLS
5 burpees – strict form; 75 meters skip drills x 3 (Marching, High Knees, Stride) ; walk back  and repeat  for 6 Sets

20 Burpees

3/4  mile walk
