DEADLIFT (Conventional)

BENCH PRESS
225 x 4
235 x 2

TURKISH GETUP (1 rep – up/down each side)
52.5 lb dumbell x 5 (1min 55 secs)
5 min recovery
52.5lb dumbell x 5 (1min 21 secs)

ATOMIC PUSHUP/LOW ROW
50 pushups / 30 low row

ABS/TORSO
Ab wheel – x 10
2 sets of 20 reverse crunch
