WORKOUT DESCRIPTION: Thursday; 5:30PM; Conditioning – Week 10

WARMUP: 1 mile walk; 20 minutes dynamic mobility drills

RUN – (grass)
4 x 400 meters @ 1min 35 – 1min 45 secs (1 min recovery each)
5 min recovery
4 x 100 meters @ 60% with 1 min recovery each

1 mile walk

OVERHEAD SQUAT
95lbs x 5

BENCH PRESS
225 x 4
