WARMUP:  1 mile jog; dynamic drills; 400 meters – 1:45

200 METERS – 36 secs

400 METERS x 2 (2 min recovery)
1. 1:22
2. 1:28

100 METERS x 12 ( 18 secs; 5 on field, 7 on track)

1 mile jog

SQUAT
210 x 5
210 x 5

3 sets of 5 PULL-UP (+ 25 lbs weight) //  3 sets of 1 TGU – 75lb Barbell (up/down each side = 1 rep) between pull-up sets
