DYNAMIC WARMUP;  SPRINT DRILLS

RUN
4 x 1600 Meters (2 minute recovery each 1600) 42 minutes total

PLYOMETRICS
4  jumps – 16 inches

5 sets of 10 pushups

3/4 Mile run easy

5 sets of 10 pushups
