March 9 – 12 – Mobility ~ 1/2 hour AM / PM

TRAINING: March 13, 2011; Sunday 10AM

WARMUP: Mobility Drills, 1/4 mile walk; 1200 meters easy jog, 400meters barefoot on grass.

RUN DRILLS
Dynamic Drills, Sprint Drills
8 x 50 meters ~ build up speed to 50 meters ~ relax 50 meters, walk the corner; repeat

1 mile easy

STAIRS (60 Meters @ 90% effort)
8 reps ~ 17 secs each ~ 3′ recovery

1 mile easy
