1/2 Kneeling 16KG KB bottoms up press – 2 sets of 4 each side

PALLOF PRESS w/resistance cord
Vertical x 20
Lateral x 20 each side

TURKISH GETUP (Up/Down each side = 1)
45lb barbell x 1
85lb barbell x 1

AB ROLLOUTS (wheel)
150 reps
5 sets ~ 20
5 sets ~ 10

SIDE PLANKS ~ 1′ each side
PLANK ~ 2′
