WARMUP:  Mobility, 20 Squats

CYCLING – Stationary Rollers – Easy ~ 95-100rpm ~ 30 minutes

TURKISH GETUP (1 rep = up/down each side)
80lb bar x 3 reps – non-stop

PULL-UP (L-sit)
10 sets of 5

DIPS
5 sets of 5

SINGLE LEG SQUAT (box assisted extended leg)
2 sets of 5 each leg

AB/MID-TORSO
Reverse Trunk Twist – 2 sets of 10 each side
Upside down bicycle 2 x 30secs
