CYCLING – Stationary Rollers – Easy -Moderate ~ 95-100rpm ~ 30 minutes (raise gear every 5 minutes)

DEAD LIFT (Clean Grip)
225 x 5
245 x 3
275 x 5

AB/MID-TORSO 240 reps
Straight Leg Raises (supine) – 4 sets of 15
Toe Touches (supine) – 4 sets of 15
Alternating Superman (prone) – 4 sets of 30
