TURKISH GETUP (1 rep = up/down each side)
3/4 rep – 105lb barbell (dropped on the way back down – right side)

POWER CLEAN
135lb – 3 sets of 8

ABS/MID TORSO – 390 reps
Alternating Straight Leg Raise (supine) x 90
Alternating Superman (prone) x 150
Russian Twist w/Med Ball (8lb) x 150
