BUILD UP – 3 x 100 – easy, medium, fast (walk the corners)

MAIN WORK
20 Meter Sprints ~ (fall forward off blocks and sprint)
8 x 20 meters 95% effort at start

150 Meter Strides  x 4 (75-90%)
1. 25″
2. 23″
3. 24″
4. 21″

MED BALL – 8lb
Wall Throws:
Side Throws – 200
Overhead/Forward – emphasis on torso – 80

Other Ab/Mid Torso
Single Leg Chop with Med Ball – 40

Walk 1 mile
