MONDAY 7PM

WARMUP:  Mobility Drills; 65lb Bar : 20 reps:  RDL/SHRUG/CALF RAISE; OHP, GM, OHS

DYNAMIC DRILLS – Walking Drills; Squats, Lunges

BENCH PRESS
135 x 10
185 x 5
225 x 4
245 x 1

2 x 50 meters – easy jog
2 x 100 meters – easy stride
