1 Mile – 12 mins Walk-Jog
Circuit – 4 x Dumbell Squat, Curl, Press (8 reps 30lb left / 20lbs right)
Walk – 11 flights

8/14 SUNDAY; 9AM

WARMUP: Mobility Drills

ROW (120-130watts)
15 x 500meters – 1 min recovery
10 pushups every other interval (70)
DB OHP – set of 12 every other interval (7 sets)

1 Mile Walk

STAIRS (60 METERS)
Walk 8 reps, Run 4

1 Mile Walk
