Summary

For the past four weeks training 4-5 days per week consecutively; repeating the same exercises.

Circut x 2
5 reps; 60% of 1RM
Bench Press
Squat
Deadlift
Pullup (2 sets of 5 + 10lb)
Alfredson + 75lb

Single round of
Turkish Getup (55lbs x 5 reps)
Kettlebell Snatch or Swings (16kg x 50reps)
Ab Wheel

One Day per week:
1/2 of weights circuit

Run x 3 miles reducing recovery breaks each week; (currently 1 min recovery each mile)
60 meters stairs (add 2 reps per week)
