Lowered time on the stair sprints to 13.71 seconds.  Shoulder & elbow gradually improved after removing pullups from circuit.

Example of training this week:

Circuit x 2

Hip Thrust:  285 x 10r x 2s (warmup)
Bench Press 205 x 5r x 2s
Squat – 205 x 5r x 2s
Deadlift (clean grip) – 285 x 5r x 2s
Kettlebell Swing/Snatch; 28kg x 25/40
Alfredson + 77.5lb x 1set

25 burpees, Dynamic Warmup, Sprint Drills

6 flights of stairs x 10 reps – 15 sec average

KB – 28kg – 10 swings, 10 snatches x 10 sets

10 sets of 10 single leg pushups – slow eccentric
